This article is about the installation of System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2 (SCVMM) on a Windows Server 2008 R2 box. As you already know, SCVMM is used to manage your virtual environment (not only Microsoft VMs but also ESX VMs). I want to explain the components of SCVMM first and then I will explain the prerequisites for the installation. At the end, I will show you the setup steps.
