Archiving CDR reporter tool
Now we are at the end of OCS article series and I want to talk about how we can read the data from archiving database. For an SQL administrator, to write a query and reach the desired data is not a big deal. But for others, it would be good to have a tool which does the same thing. You can find some third party tools in the market but I am going to talk about a free tool which Microsoft released for OCS administrators. “Archiving CDR Reporter” which is included by “OCS 2007 R2 Resource Kit” is simple and not a prefessional tool, but it works and is free. Lets start with the installation and have a look at the interface.

These three part article series are about MS SQL Server 2008 R2 clustering. First part is about the creation of virtual machines. In second part, I will build the cluster infrastructure and finally in third part I will install MS SQL Server 2008 R2 in the clustered environment. The operating system to use for clustering is Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition and it is on a virtualization environment of VMware vSphere 4. Let me first introduce you the components that is going to be used in my clustering scenario. After that, I can start to explain the procedures to cluster MS SQL product.

Hi to all
The first three parts of this article series covers what Sharepoint Server is, the requirements for Sharepoint infrastructure and what is done for the configuration. We also created Active Directory accounts for installation and configuration of Sharepoint Servers. We installed MS SQL 2008 database server and two sharepoint servers. We created the necessary databases on our database server, ran the configuration wizard for sharepoint and finished the initial configurations. In this last part of the series, I will make some additional configuration changes, will create a new Shared Services Provider and will create the first site of our Sharepoint infrastructure.
