In this article, I want to talk about the installation of Communicator Web Access (CWA) role for OCS 2007 R2 infrastructure. This role enables users to communicate via OCS infrastructure without installing client software. It lets you to use OCS with web browsers. By now, it supports IE, Firefox and Safari browsers. First of all I want to mention the prerequisites for installation process.
