Regarding the testing part, I think I missunderstood that part entirely did not get it to work either but now I get errors in the event log: “For configuration RootCA01, Online Responder revocation provider either has no CRL information or has stale CRL information”. Can this be because I deleted the CRL information…? What needs to be done? Any ideas?

Very good guide! Small correction:
For this purpose we logon to an Active Directory Domain Controller machine as a Domain or Enterprise Administrator and open Group Policy Management interface (Start -> Administrative Tools -> Group Policy Management). On the left side, we open Computer Configuration.

No such thing in Group Policy Management interface I think you mean to edit the default domain controller policy?
